Appointment of Non-Executive Director to Ash Board

Ash is very pleased to announce that Chris Hough is joining the Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director.
Chris is a specialist Construction Lawyer and Chartered Civil Engineer. He has worked as an Engineer in the UK, South Africa and the Middle East and is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers. Since qualifying as a Solicitor he has specialised in Construction Law advising on major contentious and non-contentious matters in the UK and internationally.
UK based projects include hotels, offices, hospitals, residential buildings, oil platforms, motorways, heavy lifting platforms and tunnels, International matters have concerned ports and dry docks in the Middle East, where he was resident, transportation infrastructure in Malaysia and oil transportation and loading facilities in the Sudan.
Chris is a Registered Adjudicator listed on the ICE, TeCSA, CIOB, RIBA and RICS panels and an Arbitrator on the ICE panel.
Chris’ role will be to advise us on legal matters, review Contracts and advise us on Corporate Governance.
