Loxford Leisure Centre

This design and build project included remodelling the existing changing rooms and swimming pool. The additional phase included the demolition of an existing changing block, new build changing rooms and a reception space to service the school and general public.

Harlequins Training Centre

The new centre was located on part of the University of Surrey’s Sports Park. The building compromised of changing rooms, medical suites, administration offices, meeting rooms, video and statistical analysis suites and a lecture theatre.

Royal Automobile CLub

The works on this Grade II listed project included specialist brick repair and structural stabilisation, the sourcing of tiles to match existing, new roof coverings and the removal and replacement of existing floors. 

The restoration project won the Surrey Heritage Award 2017

The Fellowship Inn

This Grade II listed building received Lottery Heritage funding to complete a sympathetic refurbishment which will create a large entertainment area for the local community. The building includes an 80 seat cinema, live music and comedy area, with a music hub and rehearsal space, cafe, pub and microbrewery. The project will create over 70 jobs for local residents.

South London Theatre

Ash restored the exterior historic fabric of this Grade II listed Old Fire Station to its original specifications. This included the cleaning and repair of all brickwork, portland stone, decorative tiling, roof tiling, windows, cast-iron guttering, downpipes and iron railings. Also, making the building weather-proof. The internal refurbishment included adding lifts for accessibility, increasing the height of the theatre area and adding a caretaker's living quarters.
