millmead house

Ash was appointed by Guildford Borough Council to deliver a complete refurbishment of the ground floor and first floor of their offices. The team worked within a live environment phasing parts of the building to allow the council's work to continue uninterrupted. The works created a modern-looking debating chamber for the council, among several meeting rooms, open-plan office space and conference rooms throughout the building. As a Grade II listed building, the build required extra care to protect the building's heritage. Additionally, Ash also completed configuration and tarmacking works to the staff car park.
