High Weald House, Bexhill
Ash was appointed by SeaChange Sussex to carry out construction on undeveloped land of a new build three-story commercial development. The building will provide office units of various sizes for local businesses. Ash also carried out all associated external works such as drainage, car park and landscaping. > See profile
Dove House, Basingstoke
Dove House School Academy is a secondary school in Basingstoke for children with moderate learning difficulties. Ash was appointed to deliver a new two-story building, with a floor space of 960m2, providing new teaching spaces, facilities for changing and P.E, offices and confidential support rooms. This, in turn, will alleviate pressure on the existing congested atrium space and allow the school to provide the best level of support. > See profile
Fellowship Inn, Bellingham
Ash has recently completed our contract with Phoenix Community Housing to carry out restoration works at the Fellowship Inn, Bellingham. This Grade II Listed building received National Lottery Heritage Funding to complete a sympathetic refurbishment, which will create a large entertainment area for the local community. The building includes an 90 seat cinema, live music and comedy area, with a music hub and rehearsal space, café, pub and microbrewery. The project will create over 70 jobs for local residents. > See profile
Christ Church, Sidcup
Ash was appointed by The Parochial Church Council of Christ Church to deliver a new single story extension to an existing church hall to create a new West Wing Annex. The works posed many potential problems, specifically centred around working with old stone.
Woking Homes, Woking
Following re-configuration works carried out in early 2016, Ash was re-appointed to complete extension works at Woking Homes in Guildford. The extension will provide an extension to the dining room and social area of the retirement home.
