Mitre House

This project was a full refurbishment to a four-storey commercial block in the City of London. The £2.4m project involved a complete strip-out and Cat-A refurbishment to all floors.

The team delivered some internal restructuring which opened up all floors to enable a kitchen to be added to each. A reception area was created on the ground floor and new toilets were installed throughout the building with herringbone tiled detail. Contemporary LED lighting was added throughout and Plug and Play furniture was part of the fit-out.

The project involved a weekend road closure which allowed a new air conditioning system to be craned onto the roof. New roofing covers were delivered to finish.

The refurbishment also included a full window replacement and external cleaning. Finally, finishing off with internal and external redecorations.
