Looking forward to the New Year and celebrating the year gone by.

With 2018 coming to a close here at Ash we have been thinking about 2019 and how we can make the best year of it yet.

We think its key to start the year off as we mean to go on and are therefore holding a staff day on the first day back after the holidays. The aim of this day is to share our 2019 goals and objectives for Ash with the team: focusing on how everyone can collectively work together to achieve the best results, not only for Ash but all those who we work with.

Along with planning for and looking forward to the year ahead, the New Year marks the perfect milestone to reflect on the year gone by.

2018 was Ash’s biggest, busiest and most successful year to date. We took on and started close to 30 (27) projects over the course of the year, whilst still working on multiple jobs continuing on from 2017. This is the most jobs Ash has taken on in a year and we hope this figure keeps growing over the course of the next year. With workload increasing so has staff numbers to help maintain our progress, as our MD Dean Cooper says ‘Staff are one of Ash’s biggest assets and are key to our success’. 2018 saw the employment of 16 new members of staff, across both the offices and sites. Back in May the Guildford team relocated to a larger premise and extension works have begun on the Kent office to house the new recruits.

Thank you to all those who we have worked with over the course of the year and to those who have supported our growth, we look forward to collaborating again sometime in the near future.
