If so…. Ash Contracting are looking for a new project QS to join the team. We are looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running on projects and wants to unlock their earning potential by being part of an employee-owned business!  

Being an Employee Ownership Trust, we currently have a long-standing team and we are looking for a new QS to join us, so we can continue to grow and deliver client-focused construction in the South-East. 

With offices in Guildford and Kent, we are looking for someone who is happy to work in Kent, Surrey and London.

We specialise in refurbishment, new-build and restoration projects between £200k - £7m.

What you need: 

• Experienced in refurbishment and new build projects up to £6m.

• Full understanding of the JCT suite of main and sub-contractor contracts.

• Able to act as contract manager as well as a surveyor on smaller projects.

• Able to estimate when required on smaller projects.

• Competent at measurement and taking off quantities.

• Able to work with initiative and enjoys being in the mix on site.

• A creative understanding of quantity surveying.
