This difficult residential transformation was part demolition, internal alterations and a single-storey extension.

Access on this project was extremely tight, the team had to be creative at times when excavating the basement and underpinning to reduce dig and muck away. after the basement was created a single-storey extension was added to the rear of the building. There were a few unplanned issues that arose, for example propping up two fireplaces and having to fit new steel to support. A refurbishment of the property then took place reconfiguring rooms in places and associated M&E and external works. We then finished with full redecoration of the property.
