The Ash team was appointed to deliver an environmentally friendly residential new build, two-storey four-bedroom Vicarage for Southwark Diocese built to code 5 conditions.

The house utilises many modern building techniques to get it to code 5 including;

• a attenuation tank

• rainwater harvesting

• solar heating

• green roof.
